Project Laboratory
We are proud to present the first simulation game that helps you to improve your skills in Project Management – Project Laboratory. Projects Laboratory simulates in real time your responsibility as project manager. Daily operational tasks and problems are reflected in the economic model of the game. The objective of the game is to finish a project under an agreed contract. It takes place within an agreed time frame and the scope for performance and limitations as well as budget is based on a specific project.
Projects Laboratory caters to knowledgeable and experienced project managers, inexperienced project managers, people who are part of a project team, managers, steering groups and management teams.
One day with the game, where the scenario is selected to fit the group.
Project management – From the start
The program provides an understanding of the project manager’s and project participant’s importance to the whole success of the project, provides the tools and skills to plan and implement a project in a structured and efficient manner, and provides information about the project organization roles, responsibilities and interactions in groups. Project Laboratory – a simulation tool – is included in the program and will be used during Day 2.
The course is aimed at employees who leads ”smaller” projects / studies and need greater understanding and knowledge of the project.
3 days with at least one week between for assignments.
Project management – Culture & structure
The trend in our changing business environment and the adjustments that we are in need of to address customer needs and the owners’ requirements means that we often need to avail ourselves of the basics of the projects. Project Management is a very effective tool for achieving specific goals in business. The program provides a deeper understanding of leadership in projects and understanding of the project manager’s and project participant’s importance to the whole project’s success. The program also provides knowledge about how the interactions in groups works , leadership and project leadership. Furthermore, the training gives you tools to plan, manage and implement a project in a structured and efficient manner, understanding of the project implementation in the existing business and a good knowledge of project organization roles and responsibilities. Project Laboratory – a simulation tool – is included in the program and will be used during Day 2.
The training is aimed at people who spend a large portion of their time working as a project manager.
4 days with at least one working week between for assignments.
Course content and terminology matches the PMI ’s and IPMA ’s view on project management.
